Looking at some of your older posts, you've lost at least 24 pounds over the past few weeks and you didn't have that much to lose to start with.

It might even be that you need to be doing a higher plan, maybe 810? How tall are you and how much do you weigh now? If you've reached a BMI of 25, you need to be on 810 - especially as you're doing so much exercise.
