Hi everyone, I have lost 11lb so far and am struggling to get the last 4.5lbs off to get to target!
I am going to put my food diaries on here and if anybody notices anything they think doesnt look right feel free to let me know!
I am getting really fed up of putting a pound on, half off, half on, one off!!!
Monday is extra easy
B: HEXb 28g weetabix minis with HEXa milk
L: Mackeral pate (mackeral fillets, quark, lemon juice) with 1 HEXb ryvita, carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes and pineapple
D: Beef stew with cornflour (3syns?) and 1/3 casserole mix (2syns?) with new potatoes, cauliflower and cabbage
Fat free natural yogurt with raspberries, blueberries nd 2tsp honey (2syns)
Snack: 1 ryvita (1.5syns) with mackeral pate and an options hot choc sachet (2syns) with water and the rest of the HEXa milk
