Please help me?????????????????????

    Well I restarted back on cd after my break over xmas and new yr.
    1st week of retry was rubbish as ate the whole week and rightly so gained 3lbs :(

    Then went for it the second week and lost 6lbs,but then fri had 2 glasses of wine and several bits of food of which I won't mention.
    Then sat eve had a meal with my family and back on cd from sun.
    Well anyway we have this body scanner thingy at work so I thought i would give it a go and it worked out I was 11st 7 so have gained a pound.

    So I thought I would jump on again and this time it said I was 11st 8lbs so a 2lbs gain.
    God am so confused,now I know why I have never (upto this point) weighed myself on any other scales but CDC's.

    Sorry to burble on but have my weigh in on wed and am dreading it already,is really making me feel down as am getting so close to goal yet feel so far away!!!!!

    Aaaaarrrrrgggghhhhh to being over weight.

    Okay, well let's see. How much do you want to lose some more weight?

    It's a serious question - so don't accept the first answer that pops into your head. The thing is, you used to be a fair bit bigger - and now you're a lot slimmer. The push to lose weight isn't as strong as it was before, is it?

    I have personal experience of this one in that I started my dieting journey at almost 18 stones - and got down to around 12 stones. Now obviously, I needed to lose a bit more, but I felt so much smaller that that impetus to keep going kind of wandered off.

    It wandered off so far that over the next few months, I slowly started regaining weight and got back up to 15 stones.

    As I understand it, when you've done so well and then take a break, getting back on the diet can be tough, cos your head's just not in the same place.

    Give me a mo, and I'll dig out some posts that helped me a lot.

    I'm slowly losing weight again, but have found it practically impossible to stick to SS - so am now doing 810. It might well be that you can find a way to get back on SS, but bear in mind losses can be almost as good on 810. Not sure how that works, but it's true. :)

    Right, where are those posts? Back in a mo...

    Step away from other scales !!!!!! LOL

    Seriously though... it aint good to weigh on other scales as (if your like me) a 'bad' weigh day can give me the right hump!!!

    Youve done SOOO well so far!! look how much you've lost!!! its brill :)

    Keep hanging in there to get the last bit off. Im having head troubles like you as im so close to goal now but losing motivation with it all as im looking 'ok' ...but the scales are not ...hmmmmm

    Im getting my head down now and pretending im start weight of 11 stone (few weeks ago) and need to lose 21 pounds lol..im pretending my cd journey started in jan :D

    Its working for me x

    Thanks for the supportive words hon, it's funny really cause my initial goal was to be a comfortable size 14 and I have exceeded that as am now a 12 to 14.
    Would like to get to 10st 7lbs really!
    But.....and there's always a but being 11st 6 now I feel really I just want to almost test myself.
    Let me explain...summer before last I lost weight after having my 2nd baby through eating sensibly and exercising and went down to a size 12 and maintained around 11st 2lbs.
    So I want to test my body to see if it is at all possible for me to be below that weight as it has been several yrs since I have been. I always seem to get stuck and can never get below it.

    Am so close yet so far and is very frustrating!!!

    And mrsessex you are so right i should never have got on those scales as have been really depressed all day,am hoping I will wake up tomorrow feeling a bit more positive.
