please help, really really struggling

hi guys, wondering if you can help? I've been dieting for a while,and, i've lost a fair amount of weight. Restarted sw in jan, and, yes i've lost about 1/2st, but, reaLLY STRUGGLING, i'm managingto stick to plan about 50% at the mo,which isn't good, and, i'm really want to get to where i want to be in aug(not goal) Please, please help with some advice, i'm losing the plot, and don't like it(sorry for the rant, ).:cry:

Wow maclynn - look how far you have come already! Congratulations!

The first thing I would say is don't beat yourself up about it. 50% of the time is better than 0% of the time so you are half way there with your focus already.
My consultant says that slow and steady wins the race so look at what you have done already and then visualise what you can achieve. remember how great you felt with that achievement before and don't be too hard on yourself!

Have you considered going back to basics? I try and start every week as though its my first (although its a lot easier now I know what Im doing :p)...
You could start by getting a meal plan done and shaking things up a little by adding in some new recipes and healthy extras...

Try and think just how far you have come and how close you are to where you want to be... I think our loss so far and what we still want to lose isn't that far apart -I just keep thinking *don't want to go back there and find myself doing it all from scratch* ..... every itty bitty loss is a step closer -YOU CAN and WILL do it...

Well done on your acheivement and fanatastic weight loss so far :) :):). I know it's hard, but try and stay focussed and you will get to your goal.
My weight loss is slow - only 3.5 pounds in three weeks but I can honestly say I'm never hungry. If only weight came off as quickly as it goes on!!!!!! Keep going - you CAN do it
