Red Days please help SOS

    hello newbie here ive just joined sw and i really cant get my head around it at all there are lots of people that go to sw so the time with the consultant is brief ive read it all cover to cover and one minute i think i get it then the next im super confused ,from what i gather id like to do the red plan not this ee (extra easy) as i feel it wouldn't suit my needs if anyone out there is on the red plan (original) can you please exlain this to me , i need to go food shopping and im unsure what i can buy thank you so much look forward to hearing from anyone lol

    I only ever do red days ! For me I find I never loose as much weight doing green or ee my weight loss slows down when I eat pasta potato bread and things like that !
    It's more meat based days like on a red day you can have as much ham,chicken, bacon ( fat removed ) as you like !

    Why don't you ring or text your consultant? That's what they are there for. Don't struggle!!

    Exactly^^^^^^

    In the meantime you could take a look on here, there are threads which are red day specific & you may gain some information from them. Personally I prefer green days so not really the best person to help.
