Have you checked out the thread for newbies at the top of the main page?

Free foods on green days are pasta, rice, cous cous and other wholegrains, potatoes, pulses, all fruit and veg, certain fat free yoghurts and cottage cheese, eggs, quorn, tofu.

Free foods on red days are extra lean meat and fish, fruit and non-starchy vegetables, certain fat free yoghurts and cottage cheese, eggs, quorn, tofu.

If you do a search for 'breakfast' you'll find lots of suggestions and also check out people's menus in the food diary.

    Hope this helps a bit.
