Ive done really well this week, then came sunday...

Family over for roast beef dinner
my favourite meal
Plenty of veg on my plate but.. 2 small pots roasted in beef dripping and 1 yorkshire pudding also made in beef dripping... followed by serving of sticky toffee pudding with scoop of low fat vanilla icecream

early evening 2 ryvita fruit crunch, cup of coffee

late evening half a meringue, muller lite yoghurt with forest fruits

Please could anyone help me work out how many syns i have had or give any advice of how to make a decent roast dinner without fat ??
I would really appreciate it
Thanks

That honestly doesn't sound too bad. Let yourself live a little!

The only thing I could say about that is to maybe go easy on the gravy since it can be surprisingly calorific and maybe make sure that the meat is a lean cut, or eat a smaller portion. Otherwise, everything sounds fine to me, but it also depends on what diet you're following.

Just relax, you'll be fine. If you're really worried, make sure you're extra good tomorrow or go for a nice walk or something :) x
