Last night I had turkey steaks with a mint coating bought from the butchers in Morrisons. Now I know the turkey will be free as no fat but could someone give me a rough syn value for the coating? No nutritional info as from the butcher. Many thanks xxxx

It was like a very thin coating of mince sauce quite sweet, if u can work it out for me would appreciate it x

A normal level tablespoon of mint sauce is 0.5 syn.
I'd use the values of mint sauce, I really can't imagine it's going to be a great deal higher! Just work it out based on that value per tbsp hope that helps? X
