Asda stewing steak

Hi All, brand new newbie here to slimming world. I made the Jamaican casserole last night, I used the asda stewing steaks (packaged ones, but tinned) and cut fat off etc. Was it still a free meal as I can't find any info on syn value of the asda stewing steaks.
