A HEB IS 60g WM BREAD SO YOU SHOULD BE SYNNIG THE OTHER 20G I THINK - UNLESS THE BRAND IS SPECIFIED AS A HEB AT THOSE AMOUNTS?

AS LING AS YOU HAVE SYNNED THE CEREAL RUGHT THIS IS FINE AS A DAY, THOUGH SOME MORE SUPERFREE IS NEVER A BAD THING.

2 x tesco light sausages on toast (hexb) with sauce as 2 syns, sausages at 2 syns grilled.
lunch - soup as above with 6 x wholegran crackerbread with a packet of wafer thin ham (mini one)
tea - chicken breast with salad as above
