Ok so I'm using some bits up from my cupboard and got a few bit of weight watchers here! Can anyone help me with syn value for a weight watchers tortilla wrap and puffs?

You can use 1 syn per 20 calories where there is no free food allowance eg on the wrap. Not sure what the puffs are sorry x
