Please help all you fellow weight watchers , since stopping going to weight watchers class i am slowly putting the weight back on.
I don't want to rejoin the class .
Anybody got any new and inspiring ideas.
Or who have been in the same situation:break_diet::break_diet::break_diet:.
I need a kick up my wobbley backside karen

The thing I find works for me is the idea of getting weighed with someone else. Even if I'm not going to classes, I've had a weigh-in buddy. The times it doesn't work for me is when I weigh alone.

The weigh in buddy idea is excellent, or how about joining WW online? Or you could start your own thread on here?

i'm the same as you irene. i need the discipline, as much as i say that i am going to go it alone, i never do it.
