please help !!!

I would of been on lipotrim for 4 weeks before i go on my holidays, i will be refeeding then for 1 week. I should be near my goal weight by then, i was thinking of having breakfast/lunch shake then have a small meal in the evening. As we are saying in a villa we will cook our own food, i was thinking is it best to stick to just protein and stay away from all carbs ? we have a bbq there which i could eat small amounts of meat and salad. As this is our only holiday until xmas i want to enjoy having a little food and maybe the odd glass of wine
