Pocohontas- starting all over again!

Heya hun,
Maybe you should try having 6 small meals a day? That way you never got too hungry and pig out.
I always try to have relatively small meals, and then have a low-calorie snack between. I'm a grazer though, I need to be eating like, all day, lol.
Keep up with the exercise, you'll burn those lbs in no time!

Haven't lost that much really, 5.5 pounds since I started just over three weeks ago, but when you are only slightly overweight to start with weight loss is slow :( My size 16 jeans literally won't stay up though which is good, even my size 14 ones are roomy. I seem to have lost all the weight from my hips and my tummy is noticably flatter. Just wish i'd lose some from my arms/legs/face.
