Points allowance

Quick question....I have a friend who wants to join me doing the pro points plan but doesn't want to go to classes so I'm going to help her but I don't know if there is a way I can find out how many points she can have?? Any ideas appreciated!

Oh I was wondering the same thing for myself and my OH's I've lost my pp cal to work it out on starting again on Monday

I'm 24 12st 7lbs and 5ft 6in

Partner is 24 13st and 6ft
