I've just had a wicked day. Easily used more than my weeklies. What to do next? Start fresh in the morning but stick rigidly to daily points? Or reduce my dailies too?
Can't believe I've just messed up my first week How do I save this week??? Please help!
My first week I was out with friends to celebrate my upcoming birthday.
I started on the Thursday morning and by saturday I had a cicken burger and chips from the chippy, lots of drinks/cocktails, a gravy chip on the way home and a big mac the next day as a cure.
i thought I had completely wrecked everything but I tried pointing it all as best I could and wasn't too far over my weeklies including the dailies for those two days so I stuck to dailies the rest of the week and lost 1.5lbs.
stick at it you never know and if you don't you will just blow out even more
