Pole dancing classes?? x x

    Hey all,

    I really want to join a class of somesort to burn away all the fat.. I love swimming but i just can't seem hack the gym..
    I've noticed there is a nightclub in my town that has started to do pole dancing classes it's £60 for so many sessions!

    Only thing is i dnt think i can get any of my friends go & i'm not the thinnest a size 16! But i think why bloody not it would do me good..

    Anyway is anyone else in any clubs?? Did u go alone or with friends? x x

    Getting rid of starches/sugar/unnecessary fats.
    Hmm. I'd be nervous about going by myself too, but that would work out a LOT of muscles and get you really lean and toned! I'm a size 16 too and I would go for it! :)

    I have tried it once, it is hard! Costs £8 a session here and i can't afford it every week.

    It's a valuable skill to have however ;)

    I'd love to do pole dancing and belly dancing but there isn't anywhere near to where I live that do those classes. I'm also quite (well alot) tight with money I prefer to spend it on my hols:D so wouldn't want to be parting with £8pw.

    update, i am going wed to watch a class! It's 48 for ten lessons which aint even that bad! I'm looking forward to it to be honest & it's supposed to be dead good for you! I'll make friends im sure :)

    Let us know how you get on! :) I'd also really love to do this but have so many wobbly and lumpy bits I'm not sure I could go on my own yet :eek:

    you should definitely go (comes in handy as mentioned before) and if you were in two minds about doing classes and something new then you might never leave the house. Just think of it as a fun workout no matter what your size is (and a size 16 isnt big)
