So here it is, my diary! I've been a yo yo dieter for many years, my most recent success being about 40lb lost with Lipotrim.... and put right back onagain :wave_cry: So this time, i'm approaching my weight and fitness from a different angle.
I am fortunate enough to have a sum of money i've invested in a gym membership, and once a week Personal Trainer. I've been twice so far, and she is awesome! She pushes me, challenges me, and inspires me to work hard and let this be the year of SUCCESS! I'm hoping to update here at least once a week, if only for myself to read back in a few months time, you know? If anyone reads and wants to chat, please feel free to PM me!

pilates...

Did a Pilates class at the gym today, and to be honest i found it kinda boring, and the room was so cold! Time to step things up a gear this week i think, so i've booked a beginners group cycle class tomorrow (!) some new thing called Fit2Flex on tuesday and Bodyjam on wednesday (thats dancey aerobics kinda thing). Then i have my PT session with Tanya on friday, and i might try to fit my gym routine in between. Too much? probably, but i was feeling inspired!! :eek: oh well, in for a penny, in for a pound!! or hopefully, 5lb!! :8855:

Wow! You're going to be knackered by the end of a week liek that! Don't push yourself too hard and hurt yourself.

ooookay so i did the group cycling, it was harrrrrrrrrrrrrrd! but it was an amazing workout!
However, i cancelled fit2flex today because youre right, i shouldnt go too nuts. Bodyjam tomorrow :) today, i shall clean house :rolleyes:

Lol good plan, you need to give your body a chance to recover.
Housework burns a load of calories, I remember reading that somewhere, lol.
