poor me - feel sorry for myself post. food mentioned

i don't feel well! to much to drink. had a fantastic time but just drank too much and i'm now, not used to it.

had the following.....

3 champagne welcome drinks.
2 glasses of wine
3 double drambuies (cause i was freezing to death). bad decision.

have a headache, still feel sick and i threw for england last night.

at least i've got it out of my system. food was nice.

butternut squash soup
some vegetarian thing for main
choc dessert thing
half a mince pie (i was stuffed and it was force on me)

scales - i'm still the same. 11st 4.5lb feeling like i just need water today. def dehydrated.

Lol I always feel better for throwing up after a nigh out lol. Not that I am often. Good how you stayed the same weight though. I'm absolutely dreading Xmas day a d eating and drinking. Just drink lots of water and coffee! Normally sees me right after a night out :) xx

I was the same yesterday drank and ate on friday night - I even had baileys !!! but rather than normally pigging out the next day I didn't so must be doing something right - dreading weigh in tomorrow though lol

have you checked on the scales moleymole, bet you've not put anything on. i STS on the scales even though i worked out i had almost 4000 cals, over half was on booze, all day yesterday.

on my 5th pint of water. tried an alka seltzer but they're foul.

I havn't got any scales !! the one time I really wish I had some - my hubbie says I actually look like I have lost weight but I'm not convinced lol - but sometimes when you are so good and then you have a cheat it can kick start your weight loss - I know this used to happen to me on WW. We'll see tomorrow I'm not too fussed if I put on cos I know it will just be water, and it will come back off soon enough. Had a roast dinner today but all proteins (apart from a bit of gravy) I'm sooo stuffed now.. :)
