Thanks Emma-Louise..

As you may all have noticed I fell off the SW wagon BIG TIME - my birthday and forthcoming trip to CadburyLand / ThinkTank with sleepover in Birmingham knocked my senses away and I fell !!! You know me and forthcoming events! A BIG Hurdle I NEED to one time soon overcome!!!

I have mainly just enjoyed the FREEDOM of choice of whatever I wanted to eat and when but know I have to pull myself back onto plan and soon.

Diabetic lecture (sorry - review!) coming on Friday so starting back on plan today might enable me to shift a few lbs just to help my case ;)

GAINED 8 lbs in my time off - I blame myself entirely - I made the decisions - I live by the outcome!

Back on plan today - struggling as not mentally in right mindset as previously but baby steps and I'll get there - just aiming to get to bed tonight within syns!

Glad to be 'home' on this site
