Cruise PP Pork fillet?

I was just wondering if we are allowed pork fillet as it's the leanest pork meat there is?

what about extra lean / low fat bacon ? someone please say yes

in the book says u can eat low fat bacon, but i use turkey rashers ) i only have them in moderation
