pork stir fry help

I have sliced some pork chops, mushrooms, peppers, and onion. I have put garlic, 5 chinese spice, bit of ginger and tumeric in and I was hoping for your thoughts on what I can do to ensure its nice? I have vlf fromage frais so I could stir a bit of that in when its nearly done or a bit of passata for a sauce??? Going to have it with noodles.
 
I usually just add a bit of soy sauce to my stirfry and if you got spring onions or maybe some mange tout or baby corn or beansprouts you could add that. I just chuck in any veg I got so it has pleanty colour to it then have on bed of noodles.
I wouldn't stir in fromage frais to a stirfry not sure that would work or pasatta.
