I had gone a little off the beaten track this weekend and bank holiday even though I knew how bad Easter eggs were, the kids had them lying round 
I went to weigh in last night, and all the hard work I put in over the 2 previous weeks has been wasted by a 2 day pigathon! So I put 2lb on, and I'm a slow loser anyway.
So back on the wagon for me- mullet light and big bowl of fruit for breakfast, scan bran and ham salad for lunch, and chicken casserole for tea with lots of lovely vegetables.
Why do I do it? I'm so disappointed with myself, and it wasn't worth it! I need to get my head back in gear now
