Title says it all really!! Actually it was the Curry recipe posted earlier that made me think of it.

I'm only thinking this way since Wed so dont have anything special to kick it off...but will be going through some family favourites tonight to see which fits the bill and which can be modified to come into the 5gr pre 100gr and <15gr per meal rule.

a couple of my faves are a slimming world recipe!

you need an onion, mushrooms, quorn pieces, tin of chopped tomatoes, tin of mushy peas and curry powder!

You fry your onion, mushrooms and quorn pieces in a pan until the quorn is cooked! In your blender blend the peas and chopped tomatos until smooth! Transfere the quorn amd the tom and peas into a pan and simmer! Add curry power to taste! I used medium curry power but found it didnt give the kick i was after so i added 2 teaspoons of hot pepper sauce into it!

Good woman Kae - I've never tried Quorn before, will have to try this.

I made a fantastic low fat moussaka yesterday, well worth the effort. I'll post the recipe when I get time.
