pot noodles?

am confused, could someone please advise as to how to calculate pro points, is it the 90g dried or the 320g prepared? XX
Typical values Per 100g Per pot (320g when prepared) Energy 549kJ/131kcal 1756kJ/418kcal Protein 3.3g 10.4g Carbohydrate 19.0g 60.7g of which sugars 1.5g 4.8g Fat 4.6g 14.8g of which saturates 2.2g 6.9g Fibre 1.0g 3.1g Sodium 0.23g 0.4g Salt 0.58g 1.09g

I'd go with the prepared values, for 320g, unless you're eating it raw :D

11pp I think it works out at :)

The 'shop' book points them as follows...

beef n tom - 1 pot = 10pp
chick n mush - 1 pot = 10pp
chow mein flavour - 1 pot = 10pp
sweet n sour flavour - 1 pot = 11pp
king pot bombay bad boy - 1pot = 15pp
sticky rib flavour - 1 pot = 11pp
curry flavour - 1 pot = 11pp

Couldnt believe how high in pp they were! :eek:xxxx

beef n tom - 1 pot = 10pp
chick n mush - 1 pot = 10pp
I've been taking 11pp for these...I know it's only 1pp, but I don't mind this so much now if I've taken too many. lol.

I find them handy for a quick lunch at work when I'm in a rush...no worse really than half the light choices ready meals Tesco do.
