is there any points value you can give me to pointing potatos? ie does 100g of potato equal 1pt for example? Im thinking of getting a big spud (reckon about 400g) and cutting it into fat skin-on chips and cooking it with fry light in the oven.
According to my (french) WW cookery book,
for 4 people
3 points per serving
800g potatoes
1 soup spoon sunflower oil
1 coffee spoon paprika
salt.
Cut potatoes into 1 cm chips.Mix with oil and paprika and cook in hot oven for 20 mins. YUM!
