pp and weeklies

    The answer to this question for me is yes. I've lost over a stone with no exercise, using all my pp and weeklies. As the blue folder shows you still have a calorie deficit if you eat all pp and weeklies

    Everyone is different from what I've read.

    I use all my weekly's in the first 3 days of My week then stick to daily's for the next 4 but I also go to the gym, I don't use my activity points x
