Just wondering why 40g of dried white pasta is 4pp... and 150g cooked white pasta is also 4pp.
I weighed my spaghetti pasta before cooking it and weighed it and it was only 106g (which disproved my theory that it would go up to 150g when cooked).
Can anyone tell me why this is? Cos technically I would get more pasta if I just weighed it after cooking it, not before lol - so i am guessing there is more to this than I thought!!
