PP vs SP

Hi everyone! I lost 3.5 stone with weight watchers for my wedding back in 2014 then put about 1 stone back on. I then ended up pregnant with twins (no idea how much weight I put on) and am currently nearly 2 stone heavier than I was at my wedding, which was the very top end of my healthy BMI range.

I've tried slimming world a couple of times over the last year since having my twins but I can't seem to shift the weight. I think I possibly need portion control which has brought me back to weight watchers but I see it's all changed. Is there still portion control on smart points or is it like slimming world where pasta, potatoes etc are free?
