    Ingredients

    4 slices bread
    115g (4oz) cooked peeled prawns
    1 tbsp tomato purée
    1 tsp soy sauce
    ½ tsp Chinese five spice powder
    ½ tsp lazy ginger
    ½ tsp lazy garlic
    1 tbsp sesame seeds
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper

    Method

    1. Preheat the grill to high.
    2. Toast the bread lightly. Place on a non-stick baking tray.
    3. Drain the prawns well, place in a food processor with the tomato purée, soy sauce, Chinese five spice, garlic, ginger and a little salt and black pepper. Reduce the prawns to a finely chopped but not liquid consistency.
    4. Spread on top of the toasts and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
    5. Place under the grill for 30 seconds or until hot. Cut into triangles and serve.
