I'm on SS+ at the moment and was wondering if we can have Prawns (instead of white fish or chicken)

I would love a "Prawn Salad" :eating:

I've looked the calories etc up and -
100 grams (uncooked weight) of typical prawns contains 106 calories / 106 kcal

So my meal would not be more that 200kcals in total...

I have heard other people say no shell fish but I really dont know if you can or not to be honest..
I would love a prawn salad too...
Maybe one of the cdc will be able to help.. I think the answer could be no as its not in the book...
