Pre diet

Hi guys, ive got a consultant coming on tues to sign up and start on weds morning. Is there anything i can do to prepare for starting, ive already given up diet coke in exchange for water, which was a major sticking point for me last time. Part of me wants a blowout weekend but the other part thinks it might make things harder. Any advice?

I'd say cut down on your carbs and sugar intake this weekend, so come Wednesday when you start the diet, your body doesn't get too much of a shock x
