WELL DONE SLIMMEPLEASE!!!

I lost 7.3lbs, which I am happy with. And really happy with my losses:
Waist - 1 in
Hips - 1/2in
Chest - 1 3/4 in
Arms - 1/2 in
Thighs - 1/2 in

What were your measurement losses?

And Minirog, no- I don't use ketostix... hmm.. should I or is it a waste of money?

its a waste of money if you're like me and use one every time you pee for reassurance!! lol x

it's a booster for me to reaffirm that i HAVE stuck to this 100% and i am in ketosis. they're about £5 for 50 from superdrug, if you can manage to not use them all in a week you should get them x
