Hi there, I was en route to work this morning and thinking about getting one of those little sushi packs you can get in places like Boots, M&S, tesco etc.
I did search on here, but it seems there isnt much on this, only that home made sushi is syn free.
I never get the fish ones, normally just veggie and seeing as it seems to just be veg, rice and seaweed, I assumed its syn free.
Any confirmation on this please?

Not necessarily as they usually have oil or sugar in them

wow, I thought it would be too good to be true if it were syn free! Glad I avoided it and went for a subway salad instead. Thanks a lot :)

I went to Sainsburys yesterday whilst on route to a meeting and grabbed the vegetable sushi pack they had in there, as I had lots of syns left if necessary.
However I got home and searched it on the SW website and it was only 0.5 syns for the pack. CHUFFED :D
