It didnt go well today so far, need to bin the junk until i'm on plan properly, after day 3 of being on plan i'm ok but its just getting there so wil have a clear out today of my triggers so that nothing tempts me away from plan tomorrow. For anybody that goes to group and was actually given the pregnancy info, how long is it before we can go back after having baby x

Well last night was my first weigh in after starting back & I lost 5lbs! I was so chuffed with that I came home & had way too many syns. Today I started well but then ate some of the kids chocolate bunny :-( I'm lactose intolerant so not only is it fattening I'm going to be very ill later. Why do we do these things?!

I've been given pregnancy info but my consultant told me verbally that you can have a few weeks off especially if its medically related as a c section would be! Seen as your unable to drive for 6 weeks!

Well done, that's brilliant! Don't worry about the bunny syns wise and I hope it doesn't make you feel too ill xxx

Good luck as well to everyone getting back on plan! I feel ill at the best of times if I go massively off plan so I kinda don't dare at the moment! Hope you're all feeling the benefit of it very soon. xxx

Urrgghh consultants, i did ask my one well both of them about when i can go back after having baby and they told me it was in the pregnancy book which they didnt give me, i know some consultants let you return whenever you want even a week after having a baby but my 2 had no ides. I mean they have had groups for ages and they still dont know this info, thankfully i have left otherwise i would have probably had a rant there the way i'm feeling. Such a shame no other group is convenient for me or near me! Will have to try harder to follow sw at home and maybe i might not go back after i have had baby because i feel my money is just going down the drain. Anyways rant over sorry everyone x

On a lighter note my oldest daughter who is 4 asked me why i was always eating at night time in bed and i said i was hungry. She said you eat too much crisps, drinks, biscuits and crackers and if you keep on eating too many crackers baby sister will turn into a cracker! x

Awww haha! It's surprising what they pick up on! My partners youngest (6) told me I was eating too many pies this was before he knew about his baby sister! Made me chuckle and now I get 'should you be eating that' every time I eat anything a little naught! Ha

That's good to know. I must check the booklet again.

Oh my god im so tired today. Sure i wasn't safe on the drive home from work!! My OH is out tonight so I've just made the most quick rubbish tea. Curry supernoodles and a boiled egg butty HEB.
No superfree i know but it was a miracle i stayed on my feet whilst the noodles were cooking. Can see me being in bed by 8!!!

Note to self - when feeling more energetic make some healthy food for the freezer.

My consultant said 6 weeks after birth by the way.

Thank you i had a feeling it would be around the 6 weeks mark so after doc checkup x
Hope your feeling less tired today x

Back on sw today and weighed in at 14st6.8lbs which is a gain at 27 weeks of 1st12lbs so not brilliant but not as bad as i thought. Hopefully some of those lbs are from overeating the carbs so will come off in the next few days x

Well weigh in at the end of first week back - a 2.5lb loss!!?! Would have been happy with a STS but any weight off at this early stage is a bonus!

Them's good weigh ins - well done ladies!

It's my first WI since I found out I was pregnant tomorrow - don't think I'll lose though as I think I've put on about 10lbs in boobs this week! Seriously, ow! My upper back is starting to hurt and I totally blame the boobs.

I lost 3.5lbs last week and I still have no idea how...

Other than that - I'm so tired I could cry! Work is awful, I feel like a zombie. I'm knackered during the day but when it comes to bedtime I'm wide awake and only getting about 3 hours a night. Is this normal or am I just odd? xxx

Lol thats your body getting ready for a newborn, the sleepless nights and tiring day.
My boobs have exploded again, i now fit into all my old bra's that were too big for me only a couple of months ago, thankfully i was being lazy and hadnt chucked them out yet x

My day was going good till now, have had a major choc binge so a bit disappointed but tomorrow is another day. Atleast i have kept away from the crisps, fizzy drinks and bread x

Bread and crisps are my nemesis'.
