Ham & coleslaw sandwich & wotsits! Blown it again. Definitely over my syns for the week,

I can literally not stop thinking about food today, over syns for week but not too bad calorie wise.
I'm really struggling sticking to plan lately, I might have a few days break from sw & just watch calories instead.
The problem is I just don't fancy sw food right now,all I want is bread & sandwiches. Lol
I will up my exercise & stick to around 1500-1700 cals a day, see how I go...

I know I haven't been on plan last couple of days but not had a huge amount of calories & done lots of exercise & yet the scales are saying a 2lb gain already this week. Official wi is Monday so need to be extra good this weekend. I've gained 2 stone so far, I've got 10 weeks left. I only wanted to gain 2 st through the whole pregnancy so am feeling rather down about it.
I know I'll get it off after as have twice before but will just take longer I suppose. :(
 
Hun ur body will do what it needs to do for ur baby, try not let it ruin ur pregnancy. . I gained 3st exactly and I have like a st n half legt to go and I haven't even tried to lose any yet. You have done it before like you've said and you will do it again. Chin up being pregnant isnt easy. Xx

I know I'm being silly & need to gain for baby. I only gained 2st with my little girl so was hoping for the same this time. Every pregnancy is different though I suppose. xx

I'm back!!! I've had a couple of weeks off plan & loved it if I'm honest, not liking the scales much though! I'm now 31 weeks & have gained around 31/32 lbs. I'm hoping a few weeks back on plan will help me not to gain much more, So here's to a new week!
