Pregnancy without the pounds

    I'm starting a new diary to help me stick to plan throughout my pregnancy. I'm currently 4 weeks gone with my 3rd child. I gained a ridiculous amount of weight with my first baby & not so much with my 2nd although still more than I would have liked!

    Sw helps me to eat really healthy with at least 5 portions of fruit & veg a day which I normally wouldn't eat, so sticking with plan will really be good for me & baby.
    I am going to have all 15 syns a day with all 4 healthy extras. If anyone knows if this is ok for mums to be I'd welcome your feedback.

    Day 1. Green

    Breakfast

    Milk. (1a)
    Beans
    2 x toast (1b)
    2 x fried eggs
    Spread / brown sauce. (4)

    Lunch

    Mugshot
    Orange
    Options highlights (2)
    Crumpet & spread (9)

    Dinner

    Spaghetti Bol (1b for mince)
    28g cheese (1a)
    Banana

    Bake to perfection haddock in lemon & butter sauce (I'm sure I read somewhere these are 5 1/2 syns)

    How lovely. You already have a girl don't you? I bet she's excited! I've already got one of each. I'm only 4 weeks +3. I've found out early so I'm sure this will be a long pregnancy.

    Yes we have a 2 year old girl Imogen. She's indifferent but very good with babies so just gotta wait and see.. Bet you counting down till scan :) I found out this time at 5 weeks feels. Like I've been pregnant forever!! X

    I love the name Imogen. Yes can't wait til scan, a few weeks left yet though! Got midwife next week. :)

    Ahh thanks I found the name and won through a coin toss with tony. He wanted grace :) this baby will be Isobel grace.. I'm excited for you, the scan is so special x

    porridge & banana (1B + 2) (I know i shouldn't use golden syrup as h/e but got loads in the cupboard!)
    Milk (1A)
    2 x satsumas
    Melon

    Lunch

    Bacon sandwich & small portion of chippy chips! ooops... Gonna say 35 syns hopefully not that many!
    Muller light

    Dinner

    Chicken fried rice with green beans

    I've been using the alpen fruit and nut as a h ex b choice each morning.

    Lots of body magic today, housework, dancing round with the kids for 1/2 hour then 1/2 hour on the treadmill. Burned a good 300 cals off.

    H ex b oats
    1 egg
    2 tbspoon cottage cheese
    Vanilla essence
    2 tbspoon sweetner
    2 tbspoon milk
    1 small tspoon baking powder

    Blend all the ingredients till smooth and then using spoon put blobs into frylight pan. Turn when they start to bubble x
    Nice with spoon of golden syrup 1 syn and strawberries
