Pregnancy without the pounds

I found the same with the 5:2 diet. I only managed 3 weeks and only lost 3lbs. I don't think I have the mental ability not to starve/binge. I have a friend who has been happy on it but she's only lost a stone in 8 months. Did it not effect your milk supply only having 500 cals? (Sorry, if tmi question. I'm intrigued as I found the days I ate rubbish my milk was like cream and the days I ate little it was like water)

I didn't notice a difference with milk supply, I'm not exclusively bf now though, Amber has a couple of formula bottles late afternoon / early evening.
Yes the average weekly weight loss on 5.2 isn't that great really, if I could lose 2-3 lb a week it might spur me on a bit but I just felt like all I did on my up days was eat rubbish, not good! I had a fab loss a few weeks back, had a 3lb loss doing sw so it can be done. I just need to stick to it on a weekend! lol

I'm the same, if I stick to SW 100% then I have good loses. I just need to find my motivation to be 100% again. Your food sounds yummy:)
 
My full English today was so yummy, I've got a new found love for fried tin tomatoes, super free too which is a bonus!
 
Change of plan, was going to have a red day tomorrow, well it will be but having a fast day, ended up eating my lads feasters cheese burger & glass of wine, I'm still withing syns for week at the moment but have a Xmas meal planned sat.

I've not had a great weekend on plan as had my Xmas meal sat night & got so drunk!
Wi today 0.75 gain, pretty sure it's just bloat from weekend antics. I'm back in the zone today & I WILL have a 100% week....

This week I'm going to weigh all my hex's as tend to guess milk & cheese. Also am going to try & cut my bread down. really want a 2-3 lb loss this week.

My boy & eldest girl have had a sickness bug the weekend, I'm absolutely shattered as was up & down all night with them. now I've got slight tummy cramps, I'm hoping its hunger pains not that blasted bug!
