Wi day & I've sts, I'm happy with that as was a tad naughty this week!

I'm off out for a meal tonight, it's at a pub so thinking a mixed grill & jacket?

Thanks Louise, it was tough as haven't had much time to really train. I finished it though! 1hr 20 mins it took me which is pretty rubbish but I'm glad I got round!

Been counting calories last couple of days. Staying with 1500 though so hopefully will sts this week. 100% on plan from tomorrow!
