Following EE, not going to classes yet as I want to see how I go. I'm also pregnant and doing this on midwifes advice. They would prefer I gained no weight in this pregnancy, and I need to lose 9lbs in the next 20 weeks in order to attempt the type of birth I want. I'm doctor and midwife approved to aim for this but nothing more. i am going to paste my diaries each day and would appreciate advice about if I'm eating enough and calculating it right. The goal is to feel full, to be able to snack to keep the sickness at bay, to keep baby healthy (I was having way too much processed junk before) and to at minimum manage my weight gain. If it goes well for the next fortnight or so I will sign up to classes. Thanks in advance.
