ahhhh im not bothered about the gain.. (with what i ate over the week im supprised it wasnt HEAPS MORE!!)
so im not bothered. as long as i can get rid of it again quickly.
so here is hoping my mass amount of exercise yesterday (leaving me with very sore calf muscles today) done some thing helpful...

i like the biggest loser its right up my ally.... but some how my board doesnt like some of the exercises so it marks me down.. so i just use it without it (you can opt not to use it.) but you need it for your weigh in....
 
right everyone, ive now started keeping a diary of food again.... Been thinking thats where im going wrong. So here it is... If it doesnt make sense its because ive done it as i go along on my phone as a note... So not sure how its going to copy over... If it doesnt do well then ill fix it when i get the computer out later.

Monday 15th Feb
Water: 1,1,1,1,1 =1500mls
coffee: 1,1,1,1= 1000mls
hot chocolate: 1= 250mls
total drinks= 2700mls

breakfast: nothing
snack: apple, banana, and yoghurt flakes.
Lunch: some caramalised onion and vinigar crisps
snack: 3 cadbury chocolates
dinner: beef casserole
snack: sugar free jelly and strawberry cheesecake frozen ben and jerries yoghurt

exercise: biggest loser 28min full body work out, practice at the next challenge, 1/2 wii fit plus fast step.

That was a pretty bad day lol... In fact i can probly say that this week has been pretty dismal!!!

Hot chocolate: 1= 250mls
orange Juice: 1 = 250mls
Total Drink: 2950mls

Food
Breakfast: 1/4 cinimon raisin bagal with crunchy peanut butter, chocolate shake
Snack: 1 extra light laughing cow trangle, 1 small satsuma, 1 packet caramel snack a jacks
Lunch: chocolate shake, couple mouthfulls of the kids beef casserole and rice
snack: 2 slices of light choices ham with a extra light laughing cow cheese triangle, 1 apple, desert spoon of peanut butter (ehhh) 1 home made blueberry and apple muffin
dinner: pork cooked in teryaki sauce with salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, light salad dressing)
Snack: 2 1/2 large pancakes with lemon and sugar.


Exercise: Rest day...

Thursday 18th Feb

Breakfast: vanilla powder shake with 1/2 teaspoon coffee in it (not too bad)
Snack: 1 slim fast caramel chocolate bar, 1 chocolate coated ginger bread
Lunch: chocolate shake
snack: 1 banana, 1 packet caramel snack a jacks
dinner: large jacket potato with bacon, sweetcorn, and tescos extra light choices soft cheese (garlic and herb) mixed in with tescos light choices cheese sprinkled on top, salad ( peppers, lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes) cous cous, and light dressings.
Snack: 1/2 tub ben and jerries chocolate brownie frozen yougurt

Exercise: Biggest loser: 18 mins Yoga
Wii fit plus: 1/2 hour fast step

Saturday 20th Feb

Breakfast: Vanilla Powder shake with 2 teaspoons Milo (yum) in it
Snack: handful of co op coke sweeties, 1 slice ham, extra light laughing cow cheese triangle
Lunch: 2 slices hovis white bread, 3 slices, weight watchers bacon, less than 10g sainsbury olive light spread, tomato ketchup.
snack: nothing
dinner: home made thai green curry (chicken thighs (maybe use breasts next time for less calories) light coconut milk (7% fat) Green chillis, corriander, chilli flakes, chilli powder, garlic, chicken stock, lime juice, brown rice, 1 asda garlic and corriander naan.
Snack: 1/4 packet good stuff angel delight

Exercise: None.......... :(

Dinner: Roast pork, apple home made gravy, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, and beans.
Snack: 2 slices weight watchers carrot cake with a small amount each of strawberry cheesecake and chocolate brownie ben and jerries frozen yoghurts.

Exercise:
Biggest Loser: Challenge (skate or splash) 10 mins ( i won!!!)
Wii fit Plus: Rhythm Kung Fu (easy), Cycling (easy), Rhythm Parade (easy), Rhythm Boxing (10 mins), free fast step (30mins)
Total: about 300 cals burnt....

(was pretty chuffed with today.. drank loads, didnt eat too much rubbish, and i did a decent workout!!!)

Snack: 1x banana, 1x packet rivita chesse and chive snack things.. (yummy)
Dinner: spicy pasta (medium portion, peppers, onions, garlic, giner, chillis, mushrooms, 1/2 tub tesco extra light choices garlic and herb soft cheese, 1 tin chopped tomatoes) and salad (cucumber, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, carrots, light dressings)
Snack: weight watchers chocolate mousse.

Exercise:
Biggest Loser: 24 mins light full body workout
Wii fit Plus: Rhythm Kung Fu (1x easy, 1x advanced), Cycling (extra hard (island view)), Rhythm Parade (advanced 1 1/2 times (the postman came half way through the first one and i didnt know how to pause it..)), Ski Jump, Skating (easy) free fast step (30mins)
Total: about 350 cals burnt....

was very proud of the workout i did.... im moving down the scales!!!!

for those of you that remeber the rubbish so called friends i have.... Well ive finally (with the acceptance of hubby) finally cut communication with one of them. Dont really have a problem with the other so im not bothering with that,... Apparently i am avoiding her and acting wierd (mind you this is all because i didnt see her at the kids gym, and didnt answer a text and also a facebook chat mesg straight away!!!!)

aaahhhhhh this has annoyed me so much!!! Ive text her and told her i want nothing to do with her anymore!!!!

I just hope it doesnt affect my hubby's friendship with his mates.. But secretly would love nothing more than never seeing either of them again.

ive also heard back from the other one, and she has told me that because she is her best friend that she also wants nothing to do with me.
which has also made me kinda glad. as it would ahve just been horrid meeting up with her. so bring it on!
