They arrived today. I am savouring the last day of food. No binging just making sure I take in every bite. I knwo the difficult journey that this will be and last time I didnt have the metal for it.

But this time I am going to try so hard. If I fail this time I feel that may be it. VLCD is my best friend and my worst fear at the same time.

If it helps, I lost what you're hoping to lose in 26 weeks on Cambridge which is exactly the same, you get so used to having the shakes it becomes second nature and before long you'll be looking at people eating rubbish and think yuck. I'll place a bet, you'll drop 14 lbs at least this first week x
