    Anyone taken pro-plus while on lipotrim? I haven't myself but was wondering if you can?

    Well if you can take painkillers etc then maybe it would be okay? I'm also on a lots of meds and that hasn't affected my weight loss?? Hhhmm I will play it by ear then. Thanx hun. xx

    ive got a box in ma draw but im scared to take them , i just make time for a coffee

    The atkins diet recommends to be careful about caffeine intake as it can increase cravings.

    I'm always drinking huge cups of coffee and am fine

    Oh the cups of coffee are fab! As I am not spending money on food, Ihave been treating myself to lovely coffee. :)

    Yes, I think some people are but others crave.

    I crave less when limiting my caffeine intake. I bought some decaf today.

    It all depends on the individual

    I find the caffine / coffee is helping me through...
    If i had it with milk and sugar i would get hungry... Well maybe not hungry but want a biscuits or a bun or something...

    I totally agree I am drinking Starbucks filter coffee after buying myself a coffee maker thinking as i'm not eating food(?) I would treat myself oh its delicous.
