I have seen a couple of people mention butternut squash chips.... is this literally chips made from butternut squash? How do you cook them?
i peel and chop it and throw it into my actifry with a spoon of olive oil,,but you can just roast it in the oven too;)

Ooh sounds nice, i love bns soup so i'm presuming ill like the chips. Do they still have a chip like texture ie crispy on the outside?
I have been thinking of getting one of those actifry's - not that i do much in a deep fat fryer... except for chips but would be nice to know i could.

Hey. Just found you diary. Can I ask why are you on 35 weekly? I thought 49 was the minimum? X
