Pro Points Shopping Guide
Hi All - just got back in the saddle (a very large saddle
) with WW and its now the PP plan. I don't do weekly sessions, just at home using the calculator and books.
I've got the shopping guide and notice that at the front it states the values are as at July 2010. Does anyone who attends the group sessions been told by their leader when the next version is likely to be coming out? Hopefully they'll be more Tesco and Morrisons stuff in it then as well!
Thanks peeps.
Sue
Kettleworx: :character00115:
98cm lost over 7 rounds of Kettleworx and Kettleworx Advanced Programmes.
Continue to do 3 sessions per week, alternating the basic and advanced programmes using a range of bells between 5kg and 10kg.
Weight Loss:
YEAR 1:
5 STONE 9 LBS LOST ! TARGET ADJUSTED FROM 11 STONE TO 10 STONE
YEAR 2: GOAL OF 10 STONE REACHED ON WEEK 69, 1st SEPTEMBER 2012 :talk017:
OPERATION BUFFER STARTS NOW - I plan to lose 4-5lbs which will help me in my quest to remain under the 10 stone barrier for the rest of my life. I will continue to weigh in every Saturday and continue to follow my exercise programme. I shall follow the WW ProPoints regime during the week and then kick back slightly at the weekends. I feel like a weight (ha ha) has been lifted off my shoulders and I will do whatever I need to to maintain my weight.
C25K - started 1 October 2012 and finished 1 December 2012. Record so far is 4.5k in 30 minutes, running at 5.5mph on my treadmill. Phew!
tesco and morrisons didnt get the info to WW in time for print so hopefully, next time they will!! i know past books are usually updated yearly - 18 mths but the current books are relatively new as pro points didnt officially start until Jan, so id guess we r in for a wait for an updated book, the july 2010 date is when print was finalised. hth and good luck with your diet

Hi - thanks Sarah-Louise. I forgot the PP only really started at the beginning of the year. Guess we're in for a long wait!
Thanks for the wishes with the weight loss. The same to you!
