Hi There :)

I'm new to ww and pp.

I was wondering apart from knowing my pp allowance (29) are there any major things i should be following apart from keeping within my allowance....?

Like with Sw i used to be on we had to fill 1/3 plate with veggies for example.:confused:

Hi Carla,

Just to let you know the minimum has now dropped to 26, so you might not be on 29 anymore :/ You have the option to revert to 29 though. That's what I've done as I was happy with my losses on 29 points.

There are no rules to the amount of fruit or veg you have to eat, the plan is totally flexible as long as you stay within your daily points and 49 weekly points. I usually have quite a lot of fruit and veg to fill me up as it's free and I always spend my points on naughty things like crisps :/
