Green Days Proper noob to slimming world question

I get the free foods thingy to an extent with veggies and fruits. But am having a jacket with beans and a HEXA of the little triangles. My question is thus. That can of beans, how muich of it is free, or could i just tip the lot one(which would be silly as well too many beans) and it would still be free. Really baffled.

If it is free, it is unlimited, although remember if doing Extra Easy you need 1/3 of your meal to be superfree food, which beans and potato arent.

Aside from that, if you wanted the whole can, you could have the whole can, but if thats going to be too much for you, just have as much as you think will reasonably satisfy your hunger.

If you are a complete veggie, then I would just stick to Green, as you get two HEa's and two HEb's where you will only get one of each on Extra Easy. Although I presume you just do Green anyway.

The fill your plate with a 1/3 superfree (fruit or unstarchy veg) is advised for Extra Easy so that you don't pile your plate high with just proteins and carbs, which although are FREE are the higher in calorie foods. The 1/3 superfree helps to balance out your portions. If you ate just carbs and proteins with little superfree, there may come a point where you are consuming far more than your body physically needs and although SW is in no way a calorie counting diet, at the end of the day, to lose weight you can't consume more than your body needs.

So although a 1/3 superfree is generally advised for just extra easy it is worth doing for the Green and Original plans also.
