propoints for maintenance?

Hi guys

I recently had a reduction, lost a lot of weight to have the op using vlcd (slimandsave), I am happy where I am at and following my surgeons advice, lots of greens and proteins. Would like to keep on track and not gain back weight or my boobs!!

Any of you had success maintaining using points?? - I have the app, and am using 26. Going to loosely start tracking, havent been eating much since my op, so hoping it will encourage me too eat also

i maintain on 31/32 pp a day and 49pp per week.
