Thats to serve 5, Im kinda guessing each serving would be approx 12pp with 50gram rice.
cant find any of my books and really need to invest in a calculator.

Trying to eat better so here goes.

-Turkey breast grilled on GF
-Potato mash with butternut squash added (is the butternut pointed high).

Hubby wants small omelette with his so trying to do that with less yokes (is the white part actually pointed)

I'm having mine with sweetcorn and maybe also some mushrooms.

Using little olive oil for chicken and just a little butter for potato / butternut squash mash

WW crustless quiche (7) 6 mini waffles (5) half a tin of WW spaghetti (3)

Really fancied some comforty type food for tea with all the snow weve got. Might even have a wee scoop of WW ice cream for afters! :D

I've just made Thai chicken curry for the first time and it was DELICIOUS!!

400g chicken breast = 10pp
400g light coconut milk = 13
4tbls red thai curry paste = 3
60g baby sweetcorn = 2
1 onion
1 red pepper
sugar snap peas.

Serves 4 at 7pp each (this was a big serving!)

I had one of the new ww steam and serve chow mein meals for 5 pp with a pork medallion thing and wholegrain mustard. I keep forgetting that there is meat or fish in the steam and serve meals so you could have it with some bread or something for a lighter pp tea.

The green thai is yummy too! I have it every friday night now instead of take away :) xx

Oh and the blue dragon light coconut milk is even less pp... Think it's only around 8-10pp or something like that for the whole can :)
