Made up a little list for myself to keep me going, so if anyone would like to add to it!
Pros and Con’s!
Con: Have never, ever felt so deprived on a diet.
Pro: Have never been on a diet that actually worked for me!

Con: It’s incredibly anti-social
Pro: It’s quick and easy, not very much washing up or prep! And when we’re slim we’ll feel a hell of a lot more confident going out and painting the town red!

Con: It’s boring, it’s not exactly tasty, and I’ll never be able to look at chicken soup the same way again!
Pro: At least it work’s quickly!

Con: Freezing hands and feet
Pro: Will look a lot hotter in a bikini come summer!

Con: It’s expensive
Pro: Probably works out cheaper in the long run, no drinking or take-aways that usually follow. No snacks, no frothy coffees or chocolate, (must stop now making myself hungry!)
